We are currently booking On The Brook at Library Hall for the months of May through December, 2026.
A brief summary of the fees to reserve the space is below:
1 hour rental fee: $100 each hour
4 hour rental fee: $250
Weekend rental fee*: $500

The event space includes: 34′ x 43′ main ballroom floor; 34′ x 15′ stage floor; 1 bathroom; space in balcony area; and bar (see note on bartending and alcohol guidelines). And with the addition of a new kitchen space, your planning is a bit more complete.
Comfortable seating capacity for up to 50 seated guests. We can provide tables and chairs if you desire at no additional charge. Should you prefer to not use ours, please see the Vendor page for rental contractors in the area for your seating, linens, and décor needs.
We do require that our clients acquire rental event insurance–often called ‘one day event insurance’– which can easily be obtained online or through a local insurance provider (see our Vendor page). Proof of this insurance will be presented at time of rental agreement signing.
Renter is responsible for providing a bartender with proof of insurance to serve any alcohol. Proof of this insurance will be presented at time of rental agreement signing. There is no BYOB allowed at this venue. On the Brook at Library Hall will not provide alcohol. Further information can be found in the rental agreement.
